After releasing P6T6 WS Revolution Motherboard featuring 6 PCI-E slots, Asus impresses us again with its P6T7 WS SuperComputer Motherboard at CeBIT.
Based on Intel X58+ICH10R chipset, P6T7 WS SuperComputer Motherboard features two NVIDIA NF-200 chips. Each NF-200 enables 2 PCI-E x16, so there’re 4 PCI-E x16 to support 3-way SLI and CrossFireX. The other three can only support PCI-E x8.
This motherboard adopts 16-phase power supply, supporting EPU-6 Engine and compatible with Core i7 as well as Nehalem-WS Xeon 3500 Series processors. The 6 DDR3 memory slots support up to 24GB/2000MHz memory. Besides, the Marvell 88SE6121 controller provides 2 eSATA 3Gbps ports supporting RAID 0/1/5/10, and Marvell 88SE6320 controller provides 2 SAS ports supporting RAID 0/1/10.
